Hockey is fun. Hockey is exciting. Hockey is life. And Hockey can be a little, um, pricey. The Northeast Storm is committed to making hockey accessible to youth in the districts we serve.

We offer several fundraising opportunities for parents and siblings to support their hockey player.

Columbus Blue Jacket Vendor Operations

We operate a small concession (section 203 - come see us) and it's a labor of love. We meet TONS of fans and have fun with even those people from that town to the East. CBJ pays volunteers to staff the concessions and donations are made to the Northeast Hockey Club in the name of your player. 10 games could earn as much as $2000 of the annual fees.

And you get to hear the cannon go BOOM.

Team Fundraisers

We are looking into fundraisers for the Team as well where we might "rent a team" to a business for a day; or have a summer camp for young players to learn from and play with the older players.

Chris Daly is heading up fundraising efforts to defray costs on uniforms, membership dues and travel costs. If you are interested in helping or fundraising for your player, contact us today and we can get to work with you.

Kroger Community Rewards

The Kroger family of companies gives money back to local non-profit organizations when you use your Kroger Plus shoppers card (not the credit card). For the Storm to receive these quarterly donations, you have to enroll your Kroger Plus card and attach the Storm to it.

To enroll, you have to log in to (or create) your account on Kroger's website (see the link below). Click the "Sign In" or "Register" link at the top right of the page. Find the "Community" Tab and select "Kroger Community Rewards" and follow the instructions. The NPO number for the Northeast Storm is NT004. Once you've enrolled, you can verify that your enrollment is working by looking at the bottom of your next Kroger receipt. It will say that your rewards are going to Northeast Storm Hockey Club.
